Anti Coagulation Data Base

Purpose: Personal confidential data is shared with the INR database in order to provide certain patients who meet the criteria with an anticoagulation service. Data is held on the data base and can be accessed by the practice.

Patients may exercise their rights of access by using the practices SARs process.

Legal Basis: Under UK GDPR Article 6 1 (e) Public Task

And Article 9 2 (h) Health data
