Seasonal services

We are booking up fast for Flu and Covid vaccinations in October and November, thanks to all who have got these appointments booked.

The big Saturday clinic on the 17^th October is being followed by various weekday clinics well into November so don’t worry if you’ve not booked yet, just use the link if you have been sent one or ask Reception.

Please note: we have to keep to the national criteria for both vaccines so our staff can only book these for you if you are eligible.

Quick Winter Illness Clinics

If you need us for a relatively minor (but nonetheless important) suspected winter illness we may ask you to try one of our new Quick Winter Illness Clinics. In these you will answer some questions, see our HCA briefly, then straight on to the GP briefly for immediate diagnosis and treatment. If you need this clinic and it is available that day we will let you know how to access it.

Premises

We have recently rebuilt the staff side of the reception desk. This was to enable our Reception team to be working at a higher desk so as to be at eye level with patients when they are standing. We have of course maintained the lower desk in the centre as essential for many patients too. We hope that this alteration further supports caring and helpful interactions with all our patients.
